Some service providers may process or store information outside Canada. When this occurs, information may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where it is processed or stored.
Information About Children
Tutoring Solutions primarily communicates with parents and guardians rather than collecting information directly from children.
A parent or guardian must provide consent for the collection and use of a student’s personal information. Information about learning needs, diagnoses, accommodations or academic performance is treated as sensitive and should only be provided when relevant to tutoring.
Parents should not submit full medical, psychological or educational records unless Tutoring Solutions specifically requests them and explains why they are needed.
